Signposts along Christian Theology Road

Signpost No.1 - Mirror Jesus Christ's own theology moorings. Jesus Christ, human and divine.

Signpost No.2 - Space and time past (sin); space and time today (resurrection); space and time tomorrow (judgment).

Signpost No.3 - Christianity is NOT a religion; religion is about law; Christianity is about love.

Signpost No.4 - Interpret the visible by the invisible and not the other way around. The Old Testament Scriptures is a type of the New Testament Scriptures. Therefore, the New Testament is the anti-type of the Old Testament.

Signpost No.5 - Death is a result and is spiritual, a separation from God. Dying is a condition, a process and physical. Christians are beyond death, i.e. from birth to death to resurrection.

Signpost No.6 - Hell is a state of mind; heaven is reality. Heaven is not the opposite of hell.

Signpost No.7 - "The church exists for the sake of the world. God made the whole world, and meant it -all of it- to be loved." This is our mission as a church- to love the world into the kingdom of God.
