Christianity and Religion Compared

Religion does not know about Christmas. It does not know the meaning of the incarnation. It does not know about the humanization of the eternal-divine relationship of the Father and the Son in the Spirit. It does not know we have been included in this relationship. It does not know the presence of Jesus Christ in- our hearts, thoughts and relationships -our lives now.

Christianity, on the other hand, is not a religion. It is about this home-life of Jesus Christ and his Father in the Spirit expressing itself in and through us as we work, play, cook, clean, fish, golf, garden, fellowship, make friends, etc, etc.

Christianity is about Jesus' life taking place and being formed in us (Eph. 4:13, Gal. 4:19). It is about the humanity of the Triune God filling all things (Eph. 4:10).
